“All my bones will say, “Lord, who is like You, who delivers the afflicted from him who is too strong for him, and the afflicted and the needy from him who robs him?” Malicious witnesses rise up; they ask me of things that I do not know. They repay me evil for good, to the bereavement of my soul.” (Psalm 35:10-12)

Who created you? When you look beyond yourself, what do you see? Is not the One who created you there awaiting your awakening? Look and see, for many are they who will not look beyond themselves to see that they are created. The wickedness of this world cannot stand in the face of the One who created all things. Follow the Lord and do good. Seek Him while He made be found.

Lord, You are the Creator of all things and You have set into motion this creation. Guide me to look beyond myself to see that it is You, the Creator of the heavens and the earth who is behind all things. Lead me in the eternal way You have established that I may go in Your way of truth and live according to Your will. Let me be one who does good and seeks the good always.

Lord Jesus, all things have come into being through You, the Word made flesh. Help me to not see things as they are seen in this world, but to see them through Your eyes that I would do what it is You would have me do. Lead me to walk through all the wickedness of this age to live into Your eternal truth and find what You hold before me. May I follow You, Jesus, just as You have asked me to do. Amen.
